Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in related field with 2+ years post-PhD experience for Senior Scientist.
• Strong publication and presentation record.
• Experience with omics analysis and single-cell data.
• Proficient in Linux, Python or R, Git; AWS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D across disease areas to analyze omics data for disease biology understanding, preclinical model characterization, drug mechanism of action, biomarker identification, and identification of new therapeutic targets
• Provide input to guide study design for omics-based experiments
• Integrate data as a computational biologist from transcriptome, proteome, DNA sequencing, genome structure data, and other NGS platforms
• Work in cross-disciplinary teams and communicate findings to scientific audiences (biology, chemistry, statistics)
• Generalize pipelines for data integration and analysis
• Organize and document analysis strategies and results
