Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a lead computational biologist to design, analyze, and interpret high-dimensional omics data to guide oncology projects. You will collaborate with wet-lab and data scientists to drive patient stratification and mechanism discovery.

Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field with industry experience.
- Strong cancer biology knowledge and experience with multi-modal omics data.
- Proficient in Python or R, UNIX/Linux, version control, and reproducible workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and interpret high-dimensional biological data across omics to inform projects.
- Lead profiling and analysis of high-throughput genomic and phenotypic data for stratification.
- Integrate multi-modal datasets to generate translational insights and hypotheses.
- Develop and implement innovative analytical methods for emerging technologies.
- Drive oncology research to identify novel targets and support stratification.
- Communicate analyses and findings to diverse teams.
