Qualifications

• BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related field with 0–3+ (PhD), 8–9+ (MS), or 10–11+ (BS) years experience.
• Strong immunology background and immune-mediated diseases.
• Hands‑on with primary human samples (PBMCs, tissues).
• Experience with organoids or complex co‑culture systems.
• Techniques: flow cytometry, ELISA/multiplex assays, gene expression.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex datasets.
• Statistical knowledge and tools (R, Python, GraphPad Prism, Spotfire).
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret immunology experiments using human cells and tissues.
• Work with advanced in vitro models (organoids, co-cultures) and high-throughput assays.
• Develop assays to characterize immune function and mechanisms of action.
• Generate and analyze data from flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, and NGS-based approaches.
• Collaborate with computational biologists and translational scientists to prioritize targets.
• Apply statistics to complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain records and contribute to scientific reports and reviews.
• Stay current with immunology advances and incorporate new approaches.
