Qualifications

• Degree in Immunology or related biological science with extensive relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and cell signaling.
• Experience in autoimmune disease biology or immune cell depletion preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry and cellular assays.
• Proven ability to design and troubleshoot complex experiments independently.
• Excellent scientific communication and documentation practices.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel immunological methods to address research questions.
• Design experiments autonomously and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Design and execute immunological assays including ELISPOT, cytokine profiling, cellular potency, and whole blood assays.
• Apply multicolor flow cytometry and molecular assays to quantify biomarkers and PK/PD relationships.
• Leverage AI-assisted bioinformatics to identify disease-relevant targets.
• Analyze data and design follow-up experiments.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings in presentations and publications.
• Collaborate with in vivo pharmacology, DMPK, and internal teams.
