This role is fully on site and entails leading downstream process development, specifically chromatographic purification of monoclonal antibodies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in biochemistry, including extensive hands-on experience and the ability to manage a small team. Key responsibilities include designing purification processes and guiding development efforts to assist biopharmaceutical companies in delivering therapies efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant industry experience with M.S., or 5 years with Ph.D.
• Proven ability to lead small scientific teams and manage lab operations.
• Hands-on experience with chromatography techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze chromatography-based purification processes.
• Develop scalable purification processes tailored to client molecules.
• Lead technology transfer activities to external manufacturing sites.
