Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in downstream process development for biologics or 5+ years with a Ph.D.
• Expertise in chromatographic purification of monoclonal antibodies.
• Strong leadership and management skills in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute chromatography-based purification processes for monoclonal antibodies.
• Develop scalable purification processes tailored to client needs.
• Lead technology transfer to external manufacturing sites.
