Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Senior Scientist to define and drive in vitro screening and pharmacological characterization for Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DACs). You will design cellular assays, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and advance candidates from primary screening to candidate selection with minimal supervision.

The role requires expertise in ADC/DAC fields, mammalian cell culture, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, etc. with 4+ years post‑grad experience, or MS with 8+ years industry experience.
• Experience designing and setting up in vitro pharmacology studies and screening cascades; ADC/DAC experience preferred.
• Leadership in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment with influence and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated characterization plans for DACs and biologics across in vitro pharmacology.
• Design, build, and drive the in vitro pharmacology and screening framework for DACs.
• Lead design and execution of pharmacology studies to assess activity and mechanism of action.
