Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist in Clinical Flow Cytometry to design and execute novel, fit-for-purpose assays for biomarker studies across clinical stages. The role entails hands-on lab work, method development, and cross-functional collaboration with translational scientists.

You will lead assay development, validation, data interpretation, and panel design, mentoring junior staff while ensuring rigorous documentation and quality.

Formación

• PhD, MS, or BSc in biological sciences, immunology, or related scientific discipline.
• At least 2 years post-graduate experience with a PhD, 5 years with an MS, or 7 years with a BSc, including substantial flow cytometry work.
• Proficiency with FlowJo, FCS Express, OMIQ or comparable software.
• Strong hands-on expertise in high-parameter flow cytometry assay design, instrument optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and validation of flow cytometry assays for clinical biomarker studies.
• Design experiments and select appropriate panels, reagents, and instruments.
• Perform or oversee clinical sample analysis to established quality standards.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide scientific oversight of external collaborations.
