Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in reaction engineering with kinetic modeling from data.
• Solid foundation in reactor design, thermodynamics, transport phenomena and process modeling.
• Extensive knowledge of lab practices and ability to solve technical problems.
• Experience with technology transfer and cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, scalable, cost-efficient DL processes aligned with Pfizer needs.
• Prepare internal reports and presentations to transfer process knowledge to manufacturing partners.
• Lead purification and isolation process development for pre-clinical materials.
• Design, execute and interpret data-rich experiments for process development.
• Support tech transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with chemists and analysts on route development.
• Develop and apply new technologies for process improvement across sites.
