Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field with hands-on lab experience.
• Hands-on cfDNA, liquid biopsy, or low-input molecular assays experience.
• Strong experience with NGS library preparation and Illumina sequencing workflows.
• Experience designing analytical performance studies (LoB/LoD/LoQ) for molecular assays.
• Statistical methods experience (R, Python, JMP, SAS) and data interpretation.
• Excellent documentation, scientific communication, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical validation plans for cfDNA cancer screening assays.
• Establish acceptance criteria, sample sizes, experimental designs, and stats plans.
• Perform LoB/LoD/LoQ, sensitivity, specificity, and robustness studies.
• Analyze sequencing metrics: read depth, coverage, mapping rate, duplication, on‑target rate.
• Collaborate with assay development, bioinformatics, QA, clinical development, and regulatory teams.
• Prepare validation reports and support regulatory submissions.
