Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS/MS in biology or related field with 2–5 years of mammalian cell culture experience, and must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MS in biology, cell biology, molecular biology or a related field along with a minimum of 2-5 years of recent experience working with mammalian cell culture.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell line banking activities including preparation, cryopreservation, storage, and dispensing.
• Maintain and culture mammalian cell lines (suspension/adherent) and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate domestic and international cell line shipments with appropriate packaging and temperature controls.
• Maintain ELN records accurately and completely.
• Oversee cell line inventory data entry and contribute to process improvements.
