Job summary

Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a Senior Scientist I to advance cell-based assays for biologics, driving method development and validation across early to late programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and ensure smooth transfer of methods to QC.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory document work, and data presentation to stakeholders. A PhD/MS/BS with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with substantial industry experience in biochemistry or related field.
• Familiarity with analytical and potency assay development and validation.
• Experience mentoring and managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate cell-based assay methods for biologics in multiple formats.
• Lead a team of scientists; mentor junior staff and manage career development.
• Transfer methods to QC labs and author technical documents.
