Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks a Senior Scientist, Analytical Development to design and develop cell-based bioassays for potency and lot release testing of biologics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and strong documentation practices.

The candidate will lead assay development, transfer to GMP labs, and maintain cell banks while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. A Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./MS/BS with extensive biologics assay experience and industry background.
• Experience in development, qualification, validation, and transfer of potency assays.
• Proficiency with ELNs, data integrity, and GMP/GLP expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, qualify, and transfer cell-based bioassays for potency and characterization.
• Lead assay development and technology transfer to GMP labs and client sites.
• Maintain assay-ready cell lines and banked cell stocks for projects.
• Analyze data with appropriate software and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
