Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Microbiology, or related field with 10+ years of industry analytical development experience.
• Expertise in cell-based potency assays for NK/CAR-T systems; strong assay validation experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for cell potency analytical development and assay optimization.
• Oversee assay qualification/validation and technology comparisons.
• Mentor scientists, draft reports, SOPs, and support regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate transfers to QC labs and communicate findings.
