• Multiparameter flow cytometry expertise and data analysis proficiency.
• Ability to independently design and execute complex in vitro studies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Design, execute, and analyze in vitro assays to characterize CAR‑T candidates.
• Generate data sets to stratify lead CAR‑T programs and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with discovery, process development, and therapeutic area SMEs.
• Contribute to team experimental design, scientific strategy and mentor juniors.
• Maintain records with ELN and adhere to safety, data integrity, and reproducibility.
