Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Spring House, PA seeks a Sr. Manager, Pooled Screening Core - CAR Screening & Lead Selection, to establish and lead a centralized pooled screening core within Cell & Genetic Medicines. Qualifications
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, bioengineering or related field; substantial industry experience.
- Deep expertise in pooled screening technologies and ability to design, execute and interpret complex studies.
- Experience leading scientific or multidisciplinary teams and scalable workflows.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship-building skills to influence strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as CGM’s scientific lead for pooled screening technologies, strategy and limitations.
- Develop scalable pooled screening workflows from library design to data interpretation.
- Build relationships with project teams and design rigorous study plans.
- Lead and mentor the Core team, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
