Qualifications

• Experience developing analytical methods for drug metabolite analysis.
• Hands-on MS/MS data collection and interpretation.
• Equivalent education/training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro and in vivo metabolite identification studies from planning through reporting.
• Prepare and analyze samples, process data, and troubleshoot analytical challenges.
• Develop analytical methods for drug metabolite analysis under regulatory standards.
• Conduct metabolic profiling and acquire MS/MS data for structure elucidation.
• Compile results and prepare protocols and technical reports.
• Support instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Develop SOPs with senior staff guidance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
