Job summary

Prellis Biologics in Berkeley, CA seeks a Principal Scientist—Bioanalysis to lead bioanalytical assay development for antibody‑based modalities, including antibody–peptide conjugates and bispecifics, from discovery through preclinical development.

You will partner with Protein Sciences, Analytical Development, DMPK, CMC and Pharmacology to design, qualify and validate assays, analyze PK/PD samples, and drive data‑driven candidate selection in a fast, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant industry experience in bioanalytical science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize bioanalytical assays for antibody‑peptide conjugates, bispecific antibodies, and Fc‑fusion proteins.
