Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field plus 5+ years of industrial formulation/ coatings experience.
• Experience developing waterborne emulsions, additives, and formulations for agricultural and innovative materials.
• Ability to lead technical projects and work across disciplines.
• Familiarity with seed coatings equipment and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to define problem statements from market trends and latent needs.
• Lead development of application-focused solutions across Agriculture Coatings & Materials Innovation.
• Design new lab-scale experiments for formulation development and testing.
• Document thoroughly all experiments and communicate results to partners.
• Coordinate transfer and scale-up of successful formulations to pilot and production.
• Collaborate with global technical team and external partners to drive knowledge transfer.
