BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader to drive executive recruitment for global research roles.

You will map talent landscapes, build strategic networks across academia, industry, and conferences, and partner with leadership to shape long‑term pipelines. This role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with APAC, US, and EU teams, and a focus on scientific talent in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ in Executive Search, sourcing, or specialized scientific recruiting.
Mandarin and English fluency; flexible with APAC teams.
Proven success identifying passive candidates for senior roles in biotech or pharma.
Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other research platforms.
Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead executive talent scouting for senior scientific roles across academia, biotech, pharma, and research institutes.
Develop proactive talent plans with recruiters, hiring managers and HRBPs.
Map talent landscapes and deliver market intelligence on availability and competition.
Build global scientific networks through conferences, institutions, and associations.
Manage talent communities and enrich candidate databases for long-term pipelines.
