Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the operations of a nutrition center at a high school or intermediate school.
• Supervise, train and evaluate assigned nutrition services staff; prepare evaluations and schedules.
• Oversee food preparation, service, storage and sanitation to meet regulations and district standards.
• Maintain inventories and records; monitor temperatures and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare reports on meals served, daily usage and financial transactions.
