Job summary

RTX’s Andover, MA facility seeks a Principal Specialist, Scheduling to drive material requirements planning and production forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with MRP/ERP systems, lean manufacturing concepts, and data-driven decision making to support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong scheduling and production control experience across cross-functional teams.
• Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
• Release production orders in MRP system and update shop floor systems.
• Coordinate kitting, BOM, and material master data with cross-functional teams.
• Support training to improve metrics, process flows, and system accuracy.
• Provide shop floor support including WIP movement and inventory disposition.
