Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and related reports for industrial and commercial projects nationwide. You will coordinate data from Project Managers, Superintendents, and owners representatives to ensure schedule integrity and cash flow visibility.

This role requires Primavera P‑6 expertise and travel to project sites. The position emphasizes cost and resource loading, network logic validation, and monthly narrative

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of scheduling experience.
• Commercial or industrial project experience.
• Proven knowledge of Primavera P‑6 scheduling.
• Experience with general contractor environments preferred.
• Strong computer skills: MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Periodic progress updates of in‑progress schedules and data collection from Project Manager, Superintendent, Owners Representatives and subcontractors.
• Maintain Project Schedule Baselines per policy and owner contracts.
• Generate project performance reports including Critical Activities, Baseline Deviation, Earned Value, and cash flow reports.
• Load costs and resources in schedules using Clayco metrics; update as required.
• Analyze network logic and validate alignment with project team intent and guidelines.
• Assist in Monthly Schedule reporting and draft narrative sections.
• Develop schedules from ground up for proposals and construction projects as a team effort.
