Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to build and maintain project schedules and baselines, aligning with Clayco policies and owner requirements. You will drive data collection, update schedules with inputs from Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction, 6–10 years of scheduling experience, and Primavera P6 expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major.
6–10 years scheduling experience.
Proven knowledge of Primavera P-6 scheduling management system.
Project Management experience for general contractor preferred.
Strong computer skills: MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge in BIM and scheduling relationships preferred.
Willingness to travel and move between project locations.
Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

Update progress of schedules and gather data from PMs, supers, and Owners' reps.
Maintain Project Schedule Baselines per policy and owner requirements.
Generate periodic performance and cash flow reports (e.g., EV, Baseline Deviation).
Load costs and resources in schedules using Clayco metrics.
Analyze network logic and validate against project intent.
Assist in monthly schedule reporting and narrative.
Develop schedules from ground up for proposals and construction.
