Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to lead project scheduling, baselines, and performance reporting. The role requires coordinating data from PMs, superintendents, and stakeholders, with strong focus on cost/loadings and network logic validation.

Responsibilities include developing schedules for proposals and construction, generating critical reports, and ensuring compliance with owner requirements across Midwest regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major.
• 6–10 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Proven knowledge of Primavera P‑6 scheduling management system.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills: MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project schedules and baselines.
• Collect data from PM, Superintendent, Owners Representatives, and subcontractors for updates.
• Maintain project schedule baselines per policy and owner requirements.
• Generate performance reports (Critical Activities, Baseline Deviation, Earned Value, Cash Flow).
• Load costs and resources using Clayco metrics; update as needed.
• Analyze network logic for validity and dependencies.
• Prepare Monthly Schedule Reporting and draft Monthly Schedule Narrative.
• Develop schedules for proposals and construction projects as a team effort.
