Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a proactive Scheduling Professional to support planning and project controls across commercial construction projects. This role emphasizes experience with baseline schedules, progress reporting, and trend analysis on multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on scheduling on commercial projects, strong Primavera P6 skills, and the ability to collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and operations teams. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare usable baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as necessary.
• Interact with Operations teams and represent Clark with owners and subcontractors.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present to committees if required.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and travel to project sites as needed.
• Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training.
