PCL Buildings Inc. is actively seeking a Scheduling Manager to support a national data center business unit. The role requires leadership in scheduling across projects, with a track record of managing complex master schedules and collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive scheduling experience in construction or related field preferred.
• 4 years of supervisory experience is an asset.
• Postsecondary degree in construction management/engineering would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Collaborates with project management and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
• Reviews impacts and mitigation with project managers and superintendents on master schedules.
• Coaches the project team on schedule requirements in the contract documents.
• Develops change management strategy for project teams.
• Develops time impact analysis on contract changes and project impacts.
• Coordinates all relevant project schedules and prepares proposal schedules based on contract documents.
• Works with Virtual Design team to develop 4D schedules.
• Oversees creation of 2D visual and 4D graphic schedules.
• Prepares schedule updates and monthly progress reports.
