PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support a national data center business unit. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and produce 2D/4D visuals to track progress across multiple regions.

The role requires strong planning skills, 3+ years in construction scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6 EPPM and MS Office. We offer employee ownership perks and growth opportunities in a large, long-standing firm.

Qualificações

• Engineering Technology diploma or Engineering bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specs, contracts and proposals.
• Basic understanding of planning and scheduling principles and methods.
• Advanced knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling in construction.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepares quantity take-offs and integrates production analysis into the schedule.
• Communicates progress updates to site staff and subcontractors.
• Updates schedule logic and provides milestone-based progress reports.
• Creates 2D and 4D schedules and integrates subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
