PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee medium-sized Northwest data center projects from Seattle region.

You will manage contract administration, lead safety initiatives, control budgets and schedules, and coordinate design and construction activities across multiple sites. Candidates should have 8–10 years of progressive construction experience, a degree in engineering or construction management, and a proven ability to manage risks and stakeholders while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated safety culture knowledge and compliance with health, safety and environment principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to a medium size construction project.
• Develops and implements the project safety plan and leads by example for health and safety practices.
• Ensures the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
• Manages project performance and provides status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
• Negotiates and issues subcontracts, major purchase orders and progress payments and monitors their progress and schedule.
• Understands and enforces the contract documents and coordinates project closeout.
