Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Irving, TX seeks a Scheduling Manager to act as the in-house CPM scheduling expert, guiding schedule creation, updates, and troubleshooting across project lifecycles. You will tailor Primavera reports and modify workflows to fit the Sundt Way.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop proposal schedules, review baselines, and support claims analysis while ensuring compliance with Sundt's policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years continuous experience with SureTrak, P3, P5 or P6 applications.
• Minimum 7–10 years construction jobsite experience (construction scheduling and sequencing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 suite and Visio; able to use standard desktop software effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with incorporating design conflicts and clarifications into CPM schedules.
• Assist in development of claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Manage CPM schedules to ensure successful project execution, coordinating means and methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline, and update phases.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from information provided by estimating team and historical data.
• Ensure schedules align with Sundt Way Policies and project specifications.
• May assist Talent Development with online classes and teach Primavera P6 as needed.
• May supervise staff with performance feedback, training needs, and on-the-job development.
