Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead CPM schedule creation and updates across projects from concept to closeout. The role coordinates with project teams, mentors staff, and ensures Primavera reporting aligns with company standards.

Responsibilities include initial schedule development, peer reviews, and ongoing revisions, with a focus on Sundt Way compliance and process improvements. Experience with SureTrak/P3/P5/P6 is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and handling multiple projects while diffusing conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate design conflicts and clarifications into the CPM schedule.
• Assist in developing claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Manage the CPM schedule for execution, coordinating means, methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from estimating data and historical databases.
• Ensure schedules comply with Sundt Way Policies and project specifications.
• Assist Talent Development with Primavera classes and teach Primavera P6 as needed.
• Supervise staff: performance feedback, training needs, on-the-job coaching, and reviews.
• Set up new jobs and schedule templates within Primavera.
