Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years in construction/engineering with commercial focus.
• Advanced Primavera P6 with resource and cost loading.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules under deadlines.
• Confidential handling of sensitive project data.
• PMI-SP or PSP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and train teams on scheduling standards and best practices.
• Oversee development and updating of schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform resource loading and integrate data for planning and tracking.
• Conduct cost loading and analysis to align with budgets.
• Lead baseline schedule development for project execution.
• Analyze CPM schedule and coordinate with PMs and Superintendents.
• Provide weekly and monthly schedule updates with critical path insight.
• Fragment schedules (fragnet) to address changes or delays and propose solutions.
• Serve as the technical scheduling advisor and risk mitigator.
• Guide short-term schedules, recovery plans, and delay analyses.
