Sundt in Odessa, TX is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to act as the in-house CPM scheduling expert across project lifecycles. You will coordinate schedule creation with project superintendents and deliver reports to the project team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years CPM scheduling in construction, a CM/engineering degree, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6. This full-time role requires strong communication and coordination across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of scheduling systems, cost control schedules.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate CPM schedule creation with project superintendents.
• Produce and deliver schedule reports to project teams monthly.
• Revise schedules weekly based on field updates and changes.
• Assist in proposal phase CPM schedules and final as-built schedules.
