The Boldt Company in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Project Executive - Data Centers to lead hyperscale data center initiatives. You will manage executive relationships, guide complex projects across geographies, and drive design, construction, and startup phases with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 15+ years in similar construction, a four-year engineering degree (construction mgmt preferred), and deep knowledge of AI, high-density computing and next-gen cooling.

Qualificações

• Four-year engineering degree, construction management preferred; alternative combinations considered.
• 15+ years of construction/related experience with continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven hyperscale data center delivery experience (250M–2B).
• Strong executive customer relationships.
• Experience with AI, high-density computing and advanced cooling.
• Deep commissioning and startup knowledge.
• Ability to lead large teams across geographies.
• Excellent organizational, supervisory and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office.
• Valid driver’s license; may require annual MVR check.
