Linesight in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Senior Scheduling Lead to own the CPM programme for pharmaceutical construction projects. You will manage baselines, updates, and resource loading, delivering metrics to directors and package managers.

Fluency in Primavera P6 and QRA experience on life sciences or mission-critical schemes are required. We expect a degree in construction or PM, with a strong focus on quality and a track record of leading scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in construction or PM is required.
• Fluency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling is essential.
• Experience with life sciences or mission-critical projects and QRA is preferred.
• Accurate and rigorous scheduling knowledge and attention to quality.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage an integrated CPM programme broken down by WBS and owned deliverables.
• Set baselines, run update cycles, and provide director-level summaries.
• Load resources and review contractor progress and schedules.
• Lead pull planning workshops and contribute to risk sessions (QRA).
• Develop and document Linesight scheduling procedures and mentor junior schedulers.
