Job summary

TechRuiter seeks a seasoned Construction Scheduler to lead detailed timelines for pharmaceutical/biotech facilities. You will partner with PMs, engineers, and contractors to capture milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, ensuring schedules reflect scope, resources, and risk controls.

The role requires on-site presence three days per week and strong GMP knowledge. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and creating management dashboards is essential for senior leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–10 years in construction scheduling with leadership in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory healthcare standards.
• PMI certifications desirable (PMP, PMI-SP).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align milestones and deliverables.
• Establish scheduling best practices and procedures for construction lifecycles.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to review schedule status and mitigate risks.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and suggest mitigation actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure on-site presence 3 days per week.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.
• Align schedule with budget and resources.
• Maintain schedule documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
