Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 13+ years of progressive planning and scheduling experience.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Experience leading planning and scheduling for large, complex capital programs, preferably in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio- and program-level oversight of planning and scheduling across multiple life sciences capital projects.
• Establish scheduling governance, standards, and reporting structures to support program execution.
• Advise client executives on schedule performance, risk, and recovery planning.
• Develop and implement integrated master schedules spanning engineering to startup readiness.
• Mentor senior scheduling professionals and influence staffing and development strategies.
