Qualifications

• 10+ years of Scheduling experience required.
• Experience with QRA on life sciences or mission critical projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define ownership via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedule aligns with project execution plans and procurement/ control strategies.
• Lead baseline and updates for schedules; manage integrated schedule across levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates through analysis and reporting.
• Lead interactive planning sessions and risk workshops.
• Resource load scheduling as required.
• Develop scheduling best practices and review external schedules.
