Job summary

CEC is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling across complex electrical construction projects, primarily data centers and mission-critical environments. You will ensure schedules are properly developed from bid to execution, reflecting scope and sequencing, while supporting field operations and cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, strong leadership, and the ability to develop executable schedules that enable project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.
Proven experience working closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review schedule health, critical path, float, and reporting.
Manage schedulers assigned to projects and ensure they actively support field teams.
Attend required project meetings and coordination sessions.
Review and approve schedule updates, changes, and fragnets.
Assist with project schedule reviews with Clients and General Contractors.
