Job summary

Cec Companies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling across complex electrical construction projects, primarily data centers. You will ensure schedules reflect scope, sequencing, and resource loading to support field execution.

You will collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, Project Management, and field leadership; develop WBS; mentor schedulers; and lead weekly schedule review meetings to drive on-time project delivery and maximize labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field experience.
• 10+ years in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Experience with electrical construction projects, data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and review schedule health and critical path.
• Mentor scheduling staff to improve consistency and performance.
• Partner with Estimating and Preconstruction on scope breakdowns during bid/pre-award.
• Ensure schedules are resource-loaded and reflect scope, sequencing, and labor planning.
