Job summary

CEC is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling for electrical construction projects, particularly in data centers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in scheduling within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on electrical construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Proven experience working closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
• Ensure schedules are properly resource-loaded and allow for leveling of budgeted labor hours.
• Conduct regular job site visits to support field and office management and validate schedule accuracy.
