Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Strong experience with electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
• Support Estimating and Preconstruction teams in bid and pre-award scope breakdown.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review schedule health, critical path, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop scheduling staff to improve consistency and performance.
• Review and approve schedule updates, changes, and fragnets.
