Job summary

CEC Facilities LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling across complex electrical construction projects, focusing on data center and mission-critical environments. You will develop schedules from bid phase, ensure proper resource loading, and support field execution, collaborating with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review schedule health, critical path, float, and reporting.
Mentor and develop scheduling staff to improve consistency, engagement, and performance.
Review and approve schedule updates, changes, and fragnets.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to support field and office management and validate schedule accuracy.
