Arcadis in the United States is seeking a Scheduling Data Analyst to manage and analyze project schedules for global data center programs using Primavera P6 and MS Projects. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights and drive on-time delivery.

The role requires strong data analytics, dashboarding skills, and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure schedule integrity and alignment with program baselines.

Qualifications

• Deep program scheduling experience related construction projects.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for capital construction programs to optimize resources.
• Ability to produce comprehensive schedule reports from BP systems and contractor data.
• Strong technical skills with Primavera (P6), MS Projects, Python, API scripts, dashboards, Excel.
• Self-starter with good time management to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Excellent written and oral communication; effective with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for data center programs.
• Provide recommendations and resolutions based on analysis results.
• Analyze large data volumes for key technology client projects.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Coordinate across cost control, planning, and estimating to ensure schedule integrity.
