Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for data centre projects, delivering detailed Primavera P6 schedules and coordinating with project teams.

You will analyze critical paths, manage resources, track progress, and present dashboards to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery across complex timelines. You will collaborate with engineers, PMs, and subcontractors, continually improving scheduling processes and controls to support accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for data centre projects using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports including critical path analysis and resource allocation to stakeholders.
• Support development of project controls processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate scheduling across all project phases.
