Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Program Scheduler & Data Management Strategist to join our team in the United States. You will analyze large data sets and manage complex data center schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project baselines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop earned value management processes, and implement dashboards and reports that provide clear insights to stakeholders across global programs.

Qualifications

• Deep program scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for capital construction programs.
• Strong schedule reporting using BP systems and contractor data.
• Technical skills with Primavera P6, MS Projects and Excel.
• Self-starter with strong time management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for global data center programs.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Analyze large volumes of data for a key technology client.
• Present analysis findings clearly.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to ensure schedule execution and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes for global programs.
• Manage baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo, contingency with Primavera P6.
• Identify ways to improve processes with software/tools/automation.
• Support cost and resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule development and reporting.
