Job summary

ARCO Companies is hiring a Traveling Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects across the country. You will collaborate with project teams to sequence work, identify critical path activities, and analyze impacts from design changes, procurement, and field conditions.

The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a willingness to travel to on-site projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules.
• Willingness to travel and support on-site as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities.
• Analyze schedule impacts from design changes, procurement, and field conditions.
• Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership.
• Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when needed.
• Ensure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetings.
• Serve as scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects.
