Qualifications

• Deep program scheduling experience related construction projects.
• Experience analyzing large datasets for capital construction programs to ensure resources are fully utilized.
• Strong reporting using BP systems and contractor data, with appropriate analysis to avoid surprises.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Projects, Python, API scripts, and building dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis and propose resolutions.
• Analyze large volumes of data for a key technology client.
• Present analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to ensure on-time schedule execution and alignment with cost control, planning, and estimating.
• Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes for global data center programs.
• Manage baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and contingency management.
• Identify ways to streamline processes with software tools and automation.
• Support cost and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule development, deployment, and reporting.
