Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Scheduler to manage and optimize complex data center project programmes across multiple high-value projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyse schedules, working closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include critical path analysis, progress tracking, and performance reporting, with a focus on identifying risks and providing mitigation strategies. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in construction or related sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules across multiple assignments.
• Provide programme analysis, critical path identification, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate planning and alignment.
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities with clear mitigation strategies.
• Support project controls including reporting, forecasting, and change management.
