Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Scheduler in the Program Management department to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electric utility projects, including Transmission, Distribution and Substation work.

You will coordinate with engineering, permitting and procurement teams, analyze schedules for corrective actions, and produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to track progress and KPI performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management Scheduling concepts (Activity Definition & Sequencing, CPM, Baseline analysis, Earned Value).
• Primary experience with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Electric Utility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for projects and programs in Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule development with the full project team including engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement and construction.
• Analyze schedule information and recommend corrective actions to meet in-service dates.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports (critical path, baseline vs actual, what-if scenarios).
• Manage financial schedule estimates, budgets, procurement and data in Primavera P6 for projects and portfolio.
• Create and maintain status reporting and dashboards for schedules and KPI data (CPI, SPI).
• Support PM team with integrated project schedule monitoring, tracking variance, forecasting and cost/schedule reporting.
